The short version: we print good tees, you get what you ordered, and the law protects you either way.

Ordering

When you order, you're offering to buy. Our contract starts when we email your order confirmation. If we can't take your order (for example, an item's unavailable or the price was clearly wrong), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Please check the size and colour before you order. Colours on screen can look a little different in real life.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you. See our Shipping policy for times and costs.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items will always be put right. See our Refunds and Returns policy for how.

Our designs

All designs belong to Out of Pocket Merch Co. Please don't copy or resell them.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for loss that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
