Changed your mind? No drama. Here's how it works.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (or any time before it arrives). Just email hello@oopmerch.co.uk with your order number, or use the form below. You don't need to give a reason.

Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Please keep them unworn and unwashed. If they come back worn or damaged, we may take something off the refund.

Return postage is on you, so we'd recommend a tracked service.

Your refund

We'll refund the price plus standard delivery within 14 days of getting the items back (or proof you've sent them, if that comes first). It goes back to your original payment method, with no fees.

Something wrong with it?

Misprint, fault or wrong item? Sorry about that. Email hello@oopmerch.co.uk with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we'll sort it with a free replacement or a full refund. You won't pay anything to get it put right, and none of this affects your legal rights.
